Hua Xin is the deputy of 11th National People's Congress, Executive Director of the China Software Industry Association, Professor of Beijing Post University, Visiting Professor of Central China Science and Technology University, Part-time Professor of University of Electronic Science and Technology of China and Southwest Jiaotong University, Chairman of Maipu Communication Technology Co, Ltd.

Hua Xin, studied in the Ships engineering department of Huazhong Institute of Technology during 1978–1982, studied for master's degree in University of Electronic Science and Technology of China in 1986–1989, taught in the school of computer, University of Electronic Science and Technology of China 1989 –1993, and founded Maipu in 1993.

On the basis of finance and telecom industry market, Maipu is expanding to other professional market under Hua Xin’s hard-working. It grows up to a hi-tech enterprise, which is engaged in R&D, manufacturing, production, sale and service of data telecom devices. Maipu’s network products and solutions have been used in more than thirty countries and areas. It has become the 2nd largest access router supplier in Asia-Pacific area, and the 3rd largest router provider in India market.
