Key Features Flexibility: UniCounter accounting system can simultaneously account up to hundreds of IP phones.
Real-Time: The entire accounting procedure is real-time. This makes an operator monitor operational status conveniently.
Security: This system provides you with many security measures: login authentication mechanism can prevent operators from incorrectly modifying system data such as configuration information and accounting rules etc.; encryption of user password can stop password from being stolen and avoid unauthorized registration; denied-number, phone right and phone auto-lock configurations can avoid unauthorized usage of phone.
Accuracy: The time-accounting unit is second and the fee-accounting unit is Cents. Additionally, the system provides super-short call bill filtering for you to prevent fee dispute.
Human operation interface: UniCounter adopts a block diagram of public telephone booth. One telephone is corresponding with each booth. A salesperson can realize routine operations.
Change shift management: UniCounter registers and manages system operators strictly. Before off duty, each salesperson can check all bills he has dealt with from the last count balance.
Powerful query and statistical forms: UniCounter can, according to some conditions such as calling number, called number and salesperson number, implement query and count to know of current operational status of the IP supermarket.
