Product Manager
Responsibilities:
- To provide technical pre-sales support, customer training and consultation.
- To promote, conduct trials & testing and attend technical enquiries.
- To identify, build and establish good customers relations.
- To troubleshoot and resolve Level 2 technical issues.
- To work closely with product house in delivering customers feature needs.
- To develop and manage the product management cycle with product house in HQ
- To coach and train resellers in the region in providing professional pre and post sales Level 1 technical support.
- To lead and manage a team of pre-sales & post-sales technical engineers.
Requirements:
- Degree in Engineering/Science (computer science/electrical & electronic engineering) with minimum CCNA certification.
- In-depth knowledge on networking hardware, software, and system solutions.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in LAN & WAN network design, planning, and implementation.
- Able to travel extensively in Asia Pacific region.
- Working knowledge in OS Platform: DOS, Windows 95, 98, ME, NT, 2000, and XP.
- Working knowledge in Software: PPP, TCP/IP, L2TP, IPSec, Encryption, NAT/NAPT/Proxy, SNMP NMS, ATM standard, Frame Relay, xDSL, routing protocols including BGP, EIGRP and OSPF.
- Working knowledge in Hardware: Routers, Switches, VOIP (including SIP, H.323, MGCP), VPN, WAN technologies (including ATM, Frame Relay, ISDN, Lease Lines).
- Process good analytical and communication skills.
- Team player and capability to lead and manage a team of technical engineers.
- Must be able to speak and read Chinese and English
