Console Remote Management for Operators
Tremendous development of the Internet created requirements of efficient network equipment for operators. The operators require methods and equipment to manage networks. Maipu offers a new method to reduce the equipment maintenance cost and provide stable operation.

Connect serial interface of MyPower M1048 and console port of the equipment. Then it is connected to IP network via Ethernet interface. The equipment installation is completed after the configuration of IP address of Ethernet port. The CONLINK client-end management software is for PC. This kind of method integrates different network equipments to one management platform. It realizes the real remote management for network equipment.
Data Transparent Transmission (IP Multiplexer)
In client network environment, some special data cannot be transmitted directly on IP network. The following is the analysis of data transparent transmission of MyPower M1048.

At the end of network, M1004 accesses other equipment by serial interface, and then it accesses the center via IP network. The center distributes the data to kinds of systems via M1048 realizing data transparent transmission and encrypting the data as per security levels.
