Maipu launched the high-end MP7500 router at CeBIT 2008 in March 2008. The product attracted a huge number of partners and customers. MP7500 drew commendation for its prestigious multi-core and open-standard technology.

CeBIT is the top-most commercial platform of IT filed. It owns crucial technological and commercial data. In 2008, six themes were exhibited in 27 exhibition halls. The themes included commercial applications, communications, digital device & systems, and banking & finance. Over 6000 businesses from 70 countries took part. Maipu participation aimed at improving the branding image and expansion of international markets.
