New Product and Solution Promotion Conference (2009) hold in Universidad Teconologica de Chile Inacap Santiago is launched by the local IT product distributor Transworld. Maipu, the only data communication equipment manufacturer from China, VICON, the American Video Network Giant, and RAD Communication are invited to attend the conference.

Maipu Addressing: New World New Choice

The promotion conference attracts 110 representatives from enterprises, carriers, and ISPs. Presently, the US products dominate the South American market including Chile. Fortunately, the presence of Maipu gives Chileans a big surprise, for the first time that they know China has so professional network equipment manufacturer. In practice, the products and solutions of Maipu are applied in more than 30 countries and regions.

In the conference, the participants discuss the topic of New World New Choice based on the product performance, price, service, and channel policy. Multiple channel dealers intend to cooperate with Maipu.

Seminar in Chile University

After the conference, Chile University invites the Maipu product manager to attend a Seminar about Maipu. In the seminar, more than 150 students exchange ideas with Maipu engineers concerning Maipu products, solutions, applications, and the configurations.
