On May 20^th, 2021, China Telecom announced that among all leading brands of network equipment suppliers, Maipu won the largest share of both low-end router and low-end switch in its annual centralized procurement bidding.

As the main supplier of data communication network equipment in Chinese telecom sector, Maipu has won operators’ centralized procurement by taking large market share for many years. Two months ago, Maipu won 70% of datacenter management switch in China Mobile’s procurement. Last year, Maipu won 50% of L3 switches and 30% of L2 switches in China Mobile’s procurement.
